2Artwork is Prepared
Your logo is reviewed and prepared using different software tools. Fine lines and small details may be simplified so the design transfers clearly into clay.

3Medallion Tool is Made
The artwork is converted into a 3D design. The printed medallion is then used to create your custom clay medallion.

4Your Mug is Handmade
Each mug is formed by hand from stoneware clay. The medallion is attached while clay is still workable.

5Fired and Finished
The mug dries slowly (around 5-7 days) and receives first firing, then glazed by hand and fired again to create a durable, long-lasting finish.

6Inspected and Delivered
Every mug is inspected for quality control, cleaned, smoothed before being packaged for shipping or local pickup.
